Create a Hidden User Account

Add Administrator Account to Log In Screen

When Windows XP is first installed it requires you to enter at least one name of a user who will access the computer. Once you create this name the default Administrator account vanishes. Hiding the HARD-drives

The hard disk is mainly used to store the data which can be a text files or media files. It the user want to access those data then they goes to My computer->drives(C:,D:,etc).This method is used to hide those drives from your computer. You can able to hide network drives to.

2.In the right pane create a new DWORD item and name it NoDrives (case sensitive).
3. And modify its value and set it to 3FFFFFF (Hexadecimal).
4. Finally restart your Computer.

So, now when you click on My Computer, no drives will be displayed.

To enable display of drives in My Computer, simply delete this DWORD item created. And restart your Computer. Now the drives in the My Computer will be displayed.
